Spring has arrived in South Africa—and with it comes the quiet momentum of change. The mornings feel lighter. The daisies are blooming. And whether you're aware of it or not, something in us responds. We open up. We step forward.

This month at Transform360, we’re leaning into the season’s energy of growth and renewal—not just in nature, but in how we lead and collaborate.

In a recent radio feature, Bonang Mohale (who is a guest speaker at the Leadership Summit) reminded us that leadership today is not about control—it’s about co-creation. Power used to live at the top. Now, it lives in the way we show up, the way we build trust, and the way we design collaboration.

It’s no longer enough to be skilled. As leaders, we must be intentional architects of connection—especially in 2025, where influence is fluid, teams are hybrid, and values matter more than ever.

1. List 3–5 people you influence weekly (direct reports, peers, clients, mentees).
2. Ask yourself: How am I intentionally empowering each of them?
3. Circle one name. This month, commit to one action that builds their growth.
4. Bonus: Flip the mirror. Who’s doing that for you? Reach out. Say thank you.
