Cutting through the fog of misunderstandings.

Do you know the story of Silulo Ulutho Technologies, a company that started with a simple idea but grew into a significant force for community empowerment and business success? Founded by Luvuyo Rani and his brother Lonwabo, Silulo began by selling refurbished computers out of the boot of a car, targeting township communities that were largely underserved by mainstream technology services.

Silulo's early success was largely due to the founders' ability to speak directly and honestly about the needs of their community. By engaging with local residents and clearly communicating the value of digital literacy, they built trust and established a loyal customer base. This direct approach wasn't just about selling products; it was about addressing a real gap in the market and communicating solutions tailored to community needs. Speaking your truth isn't about being brutally honest or harsh. It's about being clear, and authentic. It’s about ensuring that your voice, your perspective, and your unique insights don't get lost in the noise of everyday politeness or the fear of judgment.

These are the moments where our inner voice begs to be heard.

But real connection, powerful leadership, and productive teamwork demand something more from us: clarity. This month, we’re shining a light on direct communication—not as confrontation, but as a gift, a way forwards When we speak clearly and listen fully, we build trust, reduce friction, and make things actually happen. Let’s...

Shaking up old ways April news and views from Transform 360 below Visit our Webpage Do you notice something different about this month’s newsletter? That’s no accident. It’s so easy to fall into the rhythm of routine—comfortably operating on autopilot like muscle memory. But when we dare to disrupt the default, everything changes. Just choosing to redesign this newsletter meant taking a zero-based approach: rethinking what really matters, questioning what we usually include, and experimenting...

Alignment with Purpose February 2025 Welcome It’s February, and while the excitement of the new year fades into the back ground we remain focused on not doing more, but doing what matters. Finding your “why” is one thing, and living it is where the magic happens. A clear purpose isn’t just an idea—it’s a compass, guiding decisions, shaping priorities, and ensuring that the way you show up in your work (and life) is aligned with what truly drives you. Let's explore how to move from...
